STRUCTURE
certainty forum of international studies is structured into different Organic Councils, which are defined as executive, honorary and collaborations.
Certainty Forum Members and Collaborators have the option of participating or not in each of the activities undertaken by the Organization, which will act according to the criteria established by the Governing Council. Members subscribe to the Basic Precepts of Certainty Forum, such as safeguarding democratic precepts, as well as the Fundamental Principles of Human Rights: universality, interdependence, indivisibility and progressiveness.
The entity, established as a Non-Profit and Non-Governmental Organization by the Founders in a consensual manner and in accordance with the associative responsibilities, has a Governing Council whose positions are considered organic, being approved in the General and/or extraordinary Assembly or by specific decision of the established governing team.
The Governing Council is committed and obliged to respect in its work the nature of the entity expressed in its Statutes and to faithfully follow the stipulations expressed in the Code of Good Practices and CSR of the Organization.

The Governing Council is made up of the management team that leads the activities and actions of Certificación Fórum. The members are organic positions designated by the Presidency and Executive Presidency of the Organization, as corresponds to a living, agile and constantly evolving entity.

COUNCIL OF HONOR
The Honorary Council is a consultative body made up of experts and personalities who support the philosophy and activities of the certainty forum with their presence and through stable or occasional participation in the actions undertaken by the entity, always in accordance with the founding and statutory criteria. The Councilors are summoned by express invitation and subsequently endorsed in a General or Extraordinary Assembly.

ACADEMIC CLAUSTRO
The 'Claustro' is a non-executive Body of certainty forum that includes Professors who participate periodically or regularly in the academic and educational activities of the Organization. In this technical and teaching field, the Members participate in the pedagogical and thematic aspects, establishing the criteria of excellence, methodology and evaluation, in addition to promoting work in the field of research and experimentation.
